The above wage range reflects the minimum, midpoint and maximum hourly rate for this position. New employees are hired between the minimum and midpoint of this range. The initial wage offered will be based on qualifications and experience.

Qualifications:

	Education:	Medical Assistant diploma or other advanced nursing licensure
	Experience:	At least 1 year experience in a hospital ort medical office preferred.
	License Required:	CPR & basic computer skills


New position. Partial list of duties will include: receives patient, assisting physician with patient exams as requested, assist with daily living activities, serving of meals, assists RN in obtaining and documenting chief complaints, finger sticks, specimen collections, nebulizer treatments, EKG's vital signs, intake and output, weighing of patients, ambulation and turning of patients as directed by RN, assist RNs with plan of care activities. Cross training for unit clerk duties. Transcribes physician orders will usually be assigned to 12 hour shift and work 72 hours a pay period.
